Preceding the conference, workshops will be organized on 10 and 11 September 2012. We have slots for 8 workshops, each workshop can take half a day.

If you would like to organize a workshop, then please consider the following:

1. Write a proposal for the workshop. The proposal should contain:
• Title of the workshop.
• Teacher(s).
• Expected audience.
• Length (workshops are divided in half-day blocks, so whether you need 1 or 2 half days).
• Short summary.
• Learning experience for the audience.
• Requirements of the audience (do they need some software, some knowledge, skills...).
• Requirements of the host (do you need special facilities).
2. Send the proposal to ecaade2012.@.fa.cvut.cz (leave out the '.' around '@').

The eCAADe 2012 organisers can offer you a space, projection possibility, and network connection for the duration of the workshop. We do not finance additional costs, nor travel and accommodation. If information is provided in time, we will advertise the workshop so that people can register in time for the workshop. The workshop has free entrance (no additional registration fee required either from the eCAADe organisers nor the workshop organisers) but the participants have to register to the conference.
