For your convenience our team pre-booked 3 nights (11 september - 14 september 2012) in hotel capacities within walking distance from the venue as well as in the centre of Prague.
Participants are recommended to book accommodation no later than 31 June 2012. After this deadline requests will be accepted, however, hotel rooms are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
In the page below you will find information about the hotels. Because the hotel Masarykova kolej is property of Czech Technical University, reservation
will be taken care of by our team. For the other hotels (DAP, Crowne Plaza, Diplomat, and Denisa) you state your choice, after which you will receive
a registration form from us according to your request. Please note that it is also possible to directly book with the hotels themselves, and that in some cases it is possible to obtain a lower
priced hotel room in this way. This is because prices are subject to change due to time of registration, activities in the (near) vicinity of the hotel, events, and so on. However, the prices
stated on the eCAADe 2012 accommodation webpage are agreed between the eCAADe organisation team and the hotel.
- The final registration for Masarykova kolej is taken care of by our team. Your reservation will be valid only after we receive payment from you. Please include the accommodation cost with your registration fee.
As identifier in your payment, use your submission ID number.
- The final registration for DAP, Crowne Plaza, Diplomat, and Denisa has to be done by you. We will provide for you the first contact to the hotel with the agreed price stated on this
page.
Please note that all requests can be processed approximately in one week.
